2. Ordering goods and services from us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order

We do not supply trade quantities and reserve the right to limit the number of an item customers can purchase in a single transaction.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted and you may not cancel it.

We will take payment from you when we accept your order.

3. Refusing or cancelling orders

In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

5.Pricing

All prices listed on www.proelectronics.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason. Online and in store pricing may differ.
Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs or other charges which may be payable in relation to an order. If the product has a plane beside the delivery lead time it is sourced from an overseas supplier. The customer may be liable to pay these taxes if they purchase a product or products from our site that are imported from an overseas supplier where their single order exceeds the New Zealand low value GST threshold.

8. Delivery and Delivery Charges

At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses. For an outline of our delivery charges please visit our Delivery page.

Please note that a signature is optional for receiving deliveries. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days using our online form.

We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.

9. Pickup

Pickup is available as an option when checking out online. When you place your order, you can select Pickup if you want to collect your order.

After completing your order, you will get a confirmation email with your order details and collection reference which you’ll need to have when you collect your order.

Once your order is ready to collect, we will notify you by email and/or text.

Please Note: We will hold your order at the store for a maximum of 30 days after we have notified you it is ready for collection; after 30 days we will cancel and refund your order against the same payment method used when placing the original order.

If your order is cancelled and refunded, we will notify you by email.

10. Delivery Period

Delivery lead time for products may vary. Each product has a lead time displayed on it indicating when you can expect delivery of your order. Deliveries to rural addresses and deliveries of dangerous goods in some areas may take longer than the time indicated. You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order by clicking on the link in the dispatch email.
